QCamp is not taking place this year. Stay tuned for other programming for students to build community and strengthen connections across campus.
Q Camp is a program of the LGBTQ+ Equity Center, a professionally staffed office of the university. We encourage all UMD undergraduate students who are or want to be involved with LGBTQ+ communities on campus, including LGBTQ+ people as well as allies/supporters, to apply. Students engage in exercises that will touch on identity formation, wellness, and belonging. Come and build a supportive student community with us!
Throughout the event, students will participate in activities meant to provide positive support around the following areas:
- Identity development
- Self-care
- Community building
- Ways to be involved on campus
